Artist’s Comments
When I travel, I will often scout out interesting places to paint like this foot bridge in Yosemite Park before I bring my paints and easel to the site. Other times, I bring my thumb box along with me just in case I find something that is irresistible to paint. This little foot bridge was located near Bridal Falls, and it was fun to use my thumb box, paint it quickly on the spot, and bring it home as a memory of the day.
